The Casablanca K1KA-11 Fitter for 4-Inch center glass can be used on specific fans within the Casablanca family of fans and is UL rated for a damp location, and includes one 14-watt medium base CFL bulb. This item is sold one per package and comes complete with all the hardware needed for installation. There are two glass options sold through Casablanca for use with this fixture which are the Opal Schoolhouse Glass (G501), and the Opal Mushroom (G502) and can be bought separately. In any installation, to reduce the possibility of electrical shock be sure that the power is turned off at its source(fuse or circuit breaker). All electrical components must be installed in accordance with national and local electrical codes. To reduce the risk of fire and electrical shock, this light fixture should be used only with UL, ETL and CUL Certified Casablanca ceiling fans.
